The certification of our quality management system according to ISO 9001:2015 is undoubtedly an important milestone in the ten-year history of Behrens-Projektmanagement GmbH. Right from the start, we have been following the idea of the continuous improvement process (CIP) - true to the motto: "Quality is - when the customer comes back and not the product."
In order to be able to live up to this claim in the long term, our employees decided to set up their own quality management system and ultimately have it certified. Behind the idea is the realization that it must not depend on the person or even on chance whether a project is successful, but that the desired result is always achieved or exceeded solely due to high-quality service processes.
Reporting in OP Marburg: Behrens project management reaches milestone. The company's quality management system was certified: Oberhessische Presse, October 18, 2021.
The decisive factor for the certification was the examination by an auditor from DQS. In addition to the managing director Detlef Behrens, the quality management officer Daniela Erichsen, the head of marketing and sales Anna Ferrante, the group manager Leonie Rottenbach and the assistant to the management Dalila Neves were audited in the office. Two other employees were interviewed via MS teams.
At this point, however, it should also be noted that this process is a joint effort by all of our employees, because not only our QM officers or our managing director are responsible for the implementation of our quality management system - but each individual!
