Detlef Behrens
Managing Director / Senior Project Manager
Detlef Behrens has been project Manager and engineer in the pharmaceutical industry for over 30 years. He therefore knows all the problems and hurdles of the business and how to overcome and avoid them.
Additionally, he knows the pressure of every single project and its consequences for the employees.
Helping managers and employees to implement projects successfully, regardless whether it’s a complex 100 million Euro invest or the reliable enforcement of a system certification, is one of his biggest passion.
Detlef Behrens is a lecturer for quality and risk management at the universities of Marburg and Gießen. In his spare time, he’s a passionate marathon runner.

Dalila Neves
Assistant to the management
Dalila Neves has been supporting the Behrens project management team in the administrative area since September 2018.

Leonie Rottenbach
Deputy Manager / Group and Project Management
Leonie Rottenbach supports the team with her experience and passion for project management, especially in the field of clinical trials.
Due to the management of a clinical trial as well as the certified further education within project and innovation management (among others IPMA Level D) and the Six Sigma Green Belt, Leonie Rottenbach has a profound expertise, which is reflected in her determined and organized way of working.
Her greatest motivation is to develop employees into the project managers of tomorrow and to help them further develop their core competencies.
Leonie Rottenbach is also a lecturer for the European University Association and enjoys going on long walks with her dog in her free time.

Alexandra Selzer
Group management / Projekt Manager
Alexandra Selzer enriches the team with her extensive experience in project engineering and project management in GMP-based companies.
Her expertise is complemented by certifications in both classic (IPMA Level D and Prince 2 – Agile) and agile (Scrum Master/ Product Owner) project management. Alexandra Selzer is characterized by her reliable and independent way of working. Both characteristics are a requirement for her to work very well on projects. She is very quick to get to grips with new tasks and is always available to advise on complex problem and conflict solutions.
In her private life, Alexandra Selzer loves to travel to distant countries and enjoys her second hobby, photography.

Daniela Erichsen
Quality Management Officer / Project Manager
Daniela Erichsen has over 10 years of professional experience in analytics, quality control as well as project and quality management in the GMP environment. Through her communication skills, creativity and perseverance, she finds solutions even in complex and difficult projects. She like to take on organizational projects and projects from the quality management area. Daniela Erichsen is a certified project management specialist (GPM-IPMA Level D) and quality management officer as well as internal auditor (DIN ISO 9001:2015). Privately, she loves to travel with her family and discover new contries.

Anna Ferrante
Head of Marketing and Sales
Anna Ferrante has been responsible for marketing and sales since April 2020. With her master’s degree in media studies and the experience she has already gained in the field of marketing, she is exactly the right person to focus more intensely on our marketing and sales activities. In addition to marketing tasks, she is constantly looking for qualified employees and new projects for our team.
During her free time Anna enjoys hiking or family bike tours, and when it needs to be a little quieter, she reads a book. Anna loves delicious dishes (preferably home cooked) and likes to organize movie nights with friends.

Federica Bal
Marketing and Sales
Since October 2021 Federica Bal is working for the company as a project administrator. She graduated with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, majoring in ‚Innovation and Information‘ and ‚Market-oriented Corporate Management‘. The company benefits from her business mindset and analytical skills.
In her free time, she is interested in interior design, dances and likes to go to the gym. Her passions are languages and cultures, which is why she is learning Turkish and Korean.

Hendrik Behrens
Working student social media
Like daughter like son! Since February 2022, the managing director’s second child has also been working for us as a working student. His job is to manage and answer the reactions on the social media channels, as well as to take care of other tasks related to the online presence. Through his several-month internship, which he completed after graduating from high school, at Behrens project management in the marketing area, he already knows both the company and the social media channels and can therefore provide excellent support right from the start. In his free time, he likes to do all sorts of sports (football, jogging, horseback riding, etc.) or meet up with friends for game or film evenings, in line with his studies in sports science.

Thilo Schmidt
Senior Qualification Engineer
Thilo Schmidt has over 10 years experience in gmp-regulated environment. Gathering experience at several companies, he has insight and gathered knowledge of different approaches. From experience he knows: there is never only one possible solution and challenges are best solved in a team. Reliable, he governs communication to receive the best possible solution for a specific problem. Thereby, he obviously contributes his experience in an effective way.
In his spare time he likes to play Badminton, is a movie enthusiast and likes to spend time with his children.

Simon Klötzing
Project and Quality Engineer
Simon Klötzing has been part of our team since April 2019. Previously, he worked as a project engineer at the Technische Hochschule Mittelhessen as part of a research project. His tasks include the planning and execution of SAT’s and the commissioning of various pharmaceutical plants. Reliably he faces the daily challenges and works solution-oriented in close coordination with the customer.
In his free time, Simon Klötzing likes to organize game nights with friends, enjoys cooking together and watching football on Sundays.

Irina Linke
Senior Qualification Engineer
Irina Linke joined our team in May 2018.
In her current customer project, she is a senior qualification engineer responsible for the planning, implementation and inspection of qualifications in the biotechnology sector. Previously, she was able to gain extensive experience in the qualification of cleaning machines, solid dosing systems, pure media and small equipment in a new construction project. Her cooperation with Behrens Projektmanagement already started in November 2017 with the preparation of the master thesis for her studies in biopharmaceutical technology. Customers and colleagues appreciate her reliable and helpful nature as well as her structured way of working.
In her free time, Irina Linke enjoys hiking and balances long workdays with jogging and game nights with family and friends.

Ronny Etl
Project Engineer
Ronny Etl joined the team of Behrens Projektmanagement GmbH in August 2019.
His interdisciplinary studies of biopharmaceutical technology have given him a wide-ranging expertise in the processes surrounding the manufacture and analysis within the GMP environment. His creativity and adaptability help him to combine customer requirements, wishes and ideas into a cohesive concept and tailor it to the project at hand.
In his spare time, he also enjoys being creative as an amateur writer, creating short novels or keeping himself fit by playing squash.

Svea Karez
Project Engineer
Svea Karez joined our team in May 2020. Prior to her studies, she gained her first professional experience in her apprenticeship as an industrial mechanic and subsequently worked at the Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel. After her bachelor´s degree in mechanical engineering, she worked as an intern on a new construction project at CSL Behring. She is characterized by a reliable and careful way of work. She takes on fresh challenges and dedicates herself to our projects with maximum commitment and passion.
In her free time Svea Karez plays volleyball and enjoys watching football on Sunday evening. She likes to bake for special occasions and sometimes just like that.

Marvin Schubert
Project and Quality Engineer
Marvin Schubert joined the team at Behrens Projektmanagement GmbH in June 2020 as a project and quality engineer.
Before that, he worked on a research project at the university of applied science THM and was able to gain experience in project coordination at the university hospital in Frankfurt. His tasks now include e.g. the planning of pharmaceutical plants. Due to his studies in biomedical engineering, he is interdisciplinary and is characterized by his conscientious and structured way of working.
Marvin Schubert likes to spend his free time doing water sports or making music, and ends the day with board games or a good film.

Jule Reimer
Project Engineer
Jule Reimer joined Behrens Projektmanagement GmbH in September 2021 to successfully complete her master’s thesis in industrial engineering / project management at the Berlin University of Applied Sciences.
As a qualified engineer in technicial orthopedics with previous training as an orthopedic technician, she is familiar with the medical technology environment and works in a structured and conscientious manner on new tasks. Her creativity and communication skills enable her to find individual solutions to complex challenges.
In her free time, Jule Reimer likes o go to concerts or enjoys nature from a kayak.

Nina Inderthal
Project Engineer
Nina Inderthal joined the company in August 2021 as a project engineer.
Prior to this, she successfully completed her studies in Biopharmaceutical Technology (M. Sc.) at the University of Applied Sciences Mittelhessen. Thereby, she was able to contribute to a publication on virus depletion with her master’s thesis. She gained her first professional experience as a working student in R&D Diagnostics and as an intern in customer project management.
She enriches the team with her reliable and committed nature as well as her distinct willingness to learn and perform.
In her free time she plays badminton for her club and dances garde. She also enjoys traveling and spending time with friends.

Laura Albrink
Project Coordinator
Laura Albrink has been working as a project coordinator at Behrens Projektmanagement GmbH since May 2021.
Previously she supported the team at the Genetic Institute of the Justus Liebig University in Giessen as an intern and helped planning and implementing the bachelor’s degree programs. Her tasks include the quality control of pharmaceutical products. Due to her master’s degree in molecular biology, she is interdisciplinary and convinces with her thorough and dependable way of working.
Her free time is often spent outdoors hiking with friends, or at home with a good book.

Marco Peschke
Project Engineer
Marco Peschke is supporting the team of Behrens Projektmanagement GmbH since August 2021.
After his successfully completed studies in biology, he learned specific knowledge about GMP-relevant topics within a comprehensive advanced training. His additional competence in quality and project management as well as his distinct accuracy and discipline enables him to bring projects to their desired closure. In this context, a good cooperation with the customer is crucial to him. His tasks comprise mainly organizing functions in the GMP-regulated field.
He spends his free time preferably with friends and pleasant movie or series nights.

Nikoleta Kouli
Project Engineer
Nikoleta Kouli has been supporting Behrens Projektmanagement GmbH as a project engineer in the field of validation/qualification since November 1, 2021.
She did her Masters in Chemical Engineering at the University of Patras (Greece). She is a free-spirited person, which drives her creativity to new heights. This allows her to think “out of the box”, spot problems quickly and find the best solution for all parties. At the same time, it facilitates their cooperation with other people. Her ability to work in a team is additionally supported by her ability to communicate fluently in several languages. In addition, Nikoleta Kouli is able, even under increased pressure, to achieve the most difficult goals.
Traveling and being active are a big part of her free time. A daily routine like yoga or reading a book helps her relax, it fills her with positive energy and a good work/life balance.

Jens Große-Jäger
Projektingenieur
Jens Große Jäger has been supporting Behrens Projektmanagement GmbH as a project engineer since May 2022.
He successfully completed his studies in biomedical engineering (M. Sc.) at the Technical University of Central Hesse with a master’s thesis in our company focusing on cleanroom qualifications. He sees current problems and associated challenges as an incentive to devote himself intensively and with motivation to new subject areas.
Whether mountaineering, soccer, tennis or other ball sports – in his free time he loves to do sports in the fresh air.

Janick Panzner
Project Engineer
Janick Panzner has been supporting the company as a master’s student since November 2021.
In connection with his thesis, he is investigating the risks and benefits of digital validation. Previously, he worked for 1 year as R&D Project Coordinator at UCB in Brussels. There he further developed his project management and drug development skills. He has also gained GMP and qualification experience as a student trainee at Sanofi and GSK.
In his free time, Janick likes doing sport, cooking, and meeting his friends for some board games.
Our employees are certified according to GPM / IPMA
All project employees at Behrens Projektmanagement are or will be certified in an approx. 3-month training course with a comprehensive final examination according to the internationally recognized project management standards (GPM / IPMA). In combination with the knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry, this is unique on the market. This enables us to offer a very broad and highly competent range of services in the field of project and quality management.
