We are certified according to DIN ISO 9001: 2015

With us you can be sure: We know the high quality requirements according to GMP, as they apply to the pharmaceutical and medical technology industry, very well and follow them with every customer order in accordance with the individual regulations in the quality management system of our customers. In addition, we have established our own quality management system DIN EN ISO 9001: 2015, which precisely regulates our internal processes, but also the interfaces. Our QM system was successfully audited by the independent DQS institute in August 2021.

The start of a new era

The certification of our quality management system according to ISO 9001: 2015 is without question an important milestone in the ten-year company history of Behrens Projektmanagement GmbH. From the beginning we pursue the idea of the continuous improvement process (CIP) – true to the motto: “Quality is – when the customer comes back and not the product. In order to be able to live up to this claim in the long term, our employees made the decision to set up their own quality management system, which was also certified in the end. Behind this idea is the knowledge that it shouldn’t depend on the person or even on chance whether a project is successful, but that the desired result can only be achieved or exceeded due to high-quality service processes.

Ausschlaggebend für die Zertifizierung war die Prüfung durch einen Auditor der DQS. Im Büro auditiert wurden neben dem Geschäftsführer Detlef Behrens, die Qualitätsmanagementbeauftragte Daniela Erichsen, die Leiterin Marketing & Vertrieb Anna Ferrante, die Gruppenleiterin Leonie Rottenbach und die Assistentin der Geschäftsführung Dalila Neves. Zwei weitere Mitarbeiterinnen wurden via MS-Teams befragt.

Festgehalten werden soll an dieser Stelle aber auch, dass es sich bei diesem Prozess um eine Gemeinschaftsleistung aller unserer Mitarbeitenden handelt, denn für die Umsetzung unseres Qualitätsmanagementsystems sind nicht allein unsere QM-Beauftragte oder unser Geschäftsführer verantwortlich – sondern jeder einzelne!
