DQS audit 2023
On July 7th, 2023, the internal DQS audit took place at Behrens Projektmanagement GmbH. It was carried out by an external auditor. It was already known beforehand that the audit would last from 8:00 a.m. to late afternoon and that anyone present in the office could be questioned at any time. The scope of the certification was: project management, quality management, planning engineering and consulting in the life sciences industry.
In this case, the audited persons were the managing director, the QM representative, the assistant to the management, the marketing team and a group leader. The auditor's questions on the respective areas were answered in detail. He asked the Behrens team about the processes of their daily work and their areas of responsibility. The processes included, for example, the quality management manual, dunning, marketing and sales and change management.
At around 4:00 p.m. the auditor retired to assess the audit and take some notes for feedback. And this makes us really confident to look forward to our certification. The Behrens team prepared well and this was also reflected in the auditor's assessment. Suggestions for improvement were only made for two aspects, but overall a very good result was achieved.
