Mobility at Behrens Projektmanagement
If employees decide not to take a leased vehicle and prefer to take the train, Behrens Projektmanagement also offers a BahnCard 100. This gives employees the opportunity to travel to work in comfort and peace and quiet to do some of their work.
However, so that employees can then get from their accommodation to work without any problems, they can now lease a job bike. First of all, they have to decide whether they want to lease a normal bicycle or an e-bike. This enables employees to travel to work in an environmentally friendly and congestion-free manner, and when they get there it is usually not difficult to find a suitable parking space.
All this is made possible primarily by the openness to change on the part of the management, which gladly accepts the suggestions of the employees on a wide variety of topics. The management is not only open to further development, but also actively demonstrates the innovations. This is how Dr. Behrens himself has been cycling to the office for about a year and leaves the car at home.
